At Azza Fahmy, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted jewellery and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your selection, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer care team or visit our online returns portal to submit a formal request for a return or exchange using your order number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded box and protective packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit back to our workshop.

• 3.
  Courier Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a secure courier to collect the parcel from your address at a time that is convenient for you.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Upon receiving the item, our master artisans will inspect the piece for quality assurance; once verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
